Our Sponsored Children

With your help we're making a difference!

world vision

The Directors of TtMadrid, Natasha and Temura, have always been strong believers in corporate ethics. We might be a small company but we believe in generosity and making a difference.

To this end the TtMadrid family is a proud sponsor of two beautiful children from South America. We cannot publish their photos but we would love to tell you a little about them because as a TtMadrid graduate you will become apart of their extended family.

Sandro
Sandro is a 7 year old boy who lives with his parents in Bolivia.

Bolivia is the poorest country in South America. Half the workforce is engaged in agriculture, but farmers struggle to make a living, as the land is vulnerable to drought, floods and landslides. Poor diets and living conditions mean many children are malnourished and respiratory infections are common. Access to healthcare, especially in rural areas is limited.

Sandro's favourite pastime is playing with toy cars.

world globe

Glenda
Glenda is a 7 year old girl who lives with her parents in Honduras. Before Tt's sponsorship she was unable to attend school, which is the thing she wanted to do more than anything else.

The majority of Hondurans are descended from Spanish settlers from the 16th century who intermarried with the Native American tribal people forming the race of people now known as Mestizos. In the past the economy relied on mining and now bananas are a major export along with coffee and sugar. Honduras has a large national debt and a low world coffee price has also contributed to its poverty. In 1998 Hurricane Mitch devastated the whole country, killing about 5,600 people and destroying infrastructure and farmland. One out of every 10 mothers die during childbirth.

Glenda loves helping out around home and playing with her doll.
