How to apply for our TEFL Course
The process is as follows:
Stage 1 - Information Booklet
You email Heather (info@ttmadrid.com) our Trainee Support Coordinator, stating whether you would like to do the TEFL Only or TEFL Visa Programme and she will send you our very comprehensive booklets. You read them through and come back to us with as many questions as you have. Please don't think that any questions is a silly question - just ask away as its an important decision you are making. At this stage, Heather will also put you in touch with graduates of our course to have a chat with.
Stage 2 - Application
If you wish to conitnue with the process, Heather will send you your unique log in codes for our TtMadrid TraineeZone. Here you can complete your application form and download our precourse pack etc.
Stage 3 - Application Review
Once your application has been received it will be reviewed by Lisette (the Teacher Support Manager) and John (the Academic Director). If your application is approved, you will receive a conditional acceptance on the course.
Step 4 - Interview
If you have received a conditional acceptance, Heather will organize for you to have a telephone interview with Lisette. This is a two way interview as its for us to see if you are right for our course and for you to see if we are the right course for you. Try to write a list of questions you have before the interview and Lisette will answer these for you.
Stept 5 - Acceptance Process
Once the interview has finished, Lisette will let you know if you have been fully accepted on the course. It is then for you to decide if you want to do our TEFL course in Madrid. We never push you to make a decision so take as much time as you need. Once you have let us know, Heather will constantly liaise with you to get your paperwork organized.
